Lars Galuppo,

Regional Director, Northern California

"My approach to the development of a team starts with three building blocks. They are setting clear expectations, getting commitment, building consensus from the team members and developing trust within the team. Developing an overall sense of team work is different from building a focused work team when you consider team building approaches for specific projects vs. the overarching strategic goals of a hospital. "
